nitolelectonics.com is an online shopping platform through which customers have the luxury of being able to complete the entire buying process from their homes. Before accessing our services, the customer must agree to comply with the ‘Terms and Conditions’. Said ‘Terms and Conditions’ apply to Nitol Electronics as a site and to the customer to govern the usage of the website and the right of usage. 

By accessing (browsing, registering or submitting any material) the Site you confirm your understanding of and acceptance of these ‘Terms and Conditions’ in full; accordingly, if you disagree with these ‘Terms and Conditions’ or any specific part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our website.

All contents on the Site are protected by copyright as a collective work. The claimed ownership of all published material on the Site complies to and is protected by the Bangladeshi copyright law and international norms of operation.

  • The customer must provide legitimate information while creating a user account. Any submission of information deemed by Nitol Electronics to be illegitimate or inapplicable may result in termination of the account and the inability to access the Site again.
  • The customer bears sole liability for activity from their user ID. Appropriate action in case of unauthorized activity is also outlined in the ‘Privacy Policy’.
  • The customer must be at least 15 years old or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  • Usage of the Site on behalf of a third party is not permissible
  • Presentation of the products consists of informational content by the manufacturer. Product content is not opinionated or biased and any submissions or opinions expressed are individual posts or reviews by users for which Nitol Electronics does not bear liability.
  • We list more than thousands of products for sale offered from different renowned brands and categories. It is not always possible for us to be fully error free on the content provided into the websites. If anyone finds any anomaly with the information provided in the content we always take immediate corrective measures. Also, we would like to request our customer before purchasing any products from e-store/Retail store please confirm all of your queries through email, phone, web-chat or product expert from our physical store.
  • Please, do verify the attributes of the products during the purchase process or delivery before using it. One cannot claim any exchange or return policy for any dissimilarities found after purchasing and receiving the product.
  • Any data submission and usage of the Site is subject to documentation for information by Nitol Electronics as outlined in the ‘Privacy Policy’
  • The customer, upon agreement of the ‘Terms and Conditions’ earns usage rights of the site within the parameters outlined and defined by Nitol Electronics.
  • Unless controlling or owning relevant rights, the user may not sell, rent or sub-license material from our website, show any material from our website in public, exploit material from our website for a commercial purpose or redistribute material from the Site.
  • The customer may not conduct any activity that may result in damage to the website or impairment of the performance, availability or accessibility of the website. Usage of the Site in any manner that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent of harmful or in connection with any of the aforementioned, is not allowed.

  • Nitol Electronics reserves the right to obtain validation of payment before providing service, where Nitol Electronics deems appropriate.
  • Lack of compliance with any of the rules stated above may result in ceased access to the website and possibly legal action.

       Nitol Electronics reserves the right to cease online action for any user without explanation.

Return Policy:

Return, Exchange, and Refund policy:

Please check the delivered products with the presence of the delivery team and if you find any problem, dissimilarity with the web information vs physical product or damage in the delivered product, notify the team about it. Then the purchased product will be exchanged accordingly. If we do not have the product available in our stock, we will refund you. 

Return and New purchase:

If you have a change of mind and want to buy another product instead of the product you ordered, mention it during the delivery process. In case of that, your new invoice value should be equal to or above of the previous one. 

Home Delivery:

We will bring products to the customer's home rather than the customers taking or collecting them from the store. Large Appliances - Free Home Delivery within 4 km from any Nitol Electronics Outlets (Coverage area). 

Small Appliances - BDT 100 Charge for Home Delivery within 4 km from any Nitol Electronics Outlets (Coverage area).
